CANCELLATION POLICY

Without at least a 24 hour notice of a cancellation or rescheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of your booked service. If you no call no show it will be a 100% charge of booked service (this includes appointments made within 24 hours). You have a grace period for your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late with no notice you will be charged a cancellation fee and will need to reschedule.
